We are currently looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Team Leader to join the friendly team.
As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be: 
Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars 
 
Assessing and individualising lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents 
 
Leading and developing a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers 
 
Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members 
 
Engaging with community groups to build a network of support and social partners 
 
Identifying new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged 
Promoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest 
 
 
About you: 
A warm, enthusiastic and creative individual 
 
Strong experience in Aged Care 
 
Demonstrated leadership skills 
 
Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversion Therapy 
 
A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service 
 
Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded 
 
Computer and documentation skills 
 
Availability to work full time Monday – Friday
