We are currently looking for a Full Time Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team, at St Luke's Green Aged Care in Woolloongabba.

 

Tucked away on a quiet street in Woolloongabba close to the Brisbane CBD, you will find true comfort in the warmth of community at St Luke's Green.

Your New Role:

As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be:

  • Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars
  • Assessing and individualising lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents
  • Leading and developing a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers
  • Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members
  • Engaging with community groups to build a network of support and social partners
  • Identifying new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged
  • Promoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest

 

 

About you:

  • A warm, ethusiastic and creative individual
  • Strong experience in Aged Care
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversion Therapy
  • A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
  • Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
  • Computer and documentation skills
  • Availability to work full time Monday - Friday
