Your New Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Care Manager to lead and support our care and clinical team at St Luke's Green on a full-time basis.

 

Located in Woolloongabba with convenient access to public transport and main roadways, St Luke's Green is home to 60 residents and stylish, purpose built, bespoke private rooms. The facility is also co-located with the Retirement Village.

 

In this pivotal and highly rewarding position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing our clinical and care teams, including training, coaching on best practice and clinical principles
  • Conducting physical assessments of residents and ensuring quality of clinical care provided to residents meets and exceeds best practice
  • Assisting with preparation and leadership for site audits and accreditations
  • Overseeing the management of AN-ACC assessments and quality assurance
  • Identifying and managing clinical risks
  • Management of resident needs and complex issues as required
  • Operations management, including overseeing recruitment, roster management and some administrative tasks

 

The role is supported by an on site team of dedicated AN-ACC, Infection Prevention and Control and Clinical Support resources to support the Clinical Care Manager in leading strong care and clinical delivery.

 

The role is supported by a Quality Business Partner who provides mentorship, coaching and assurance.

 

 

About you: 

As well as being an accomplished Clinical Care Manager and Leader, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.

 

  • Knowledge of accreditation procedures and standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive leadership and management experience
  • An experienced and accomplished RN – Aged Care experience would be highly regarded
  • Proven ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and implement new systems and processes
  • Effective financial management; ability to manage AN-ACC, rosters, clinical consumables in-line with budget and support requirements.
  • Experience in operational management including recruitment and rostering; ideally in a facility or clinical management position.
  • AHPRA registration and NDIS clearance
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
