We are looking for experienced and passionate Care Companions to come and join our team at St Luke's Green Aged Care in Woolloongabba.

 

We currently have a number of shifts we are needing to fill from Monday - Fridays, mainly morning shift so must be available 2-3 shifts between Mon-Fri.

As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. 

 

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive  

 

About You

Does this sound like you?

  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
  • Availability to work Morning, Afternoon or Night Shifts over across a seven-day roster 
  • Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability
  • Medication competent
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
