We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team Part Time 3 days per week Sunday - Tuesday

With the possibility to increase hours to 4-5 days in the future. 

It would also be ideal if the successful candidate was available Sun-Thurs for the first 2 weeks for training.

Your New Role

As an Administration Officer, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment across our Aged Care and Retirement Village.

 

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.    

 

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering
  • Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
  • Maintaining client and staff database/records
  • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
  • Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
  • Assisting with facility accounts
  • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous administrative and rostering experience
  • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services is favourable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
  • A flexible and team orientated approach
  • A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
