We are looking for a FULL TIME clinical support senior RN, who will have responsibility of ANACC and IPC across their week.

Your New Role

 

We are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together’ model and raising the quality of life for our residents and their families. 

 

What does your new role look like?

  • Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents
  • Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members
  • Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs
  • Providing an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relatives
  • Developing supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Preventing and controlling the spread of infectious diseases within our facilities using evidence-based systems

 

 

About you 

 

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team. You will also offer the following: 

  • Current AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing (essential)
  • Previous experience working in Aged Care (essential)
  • Previous experience with AN-ACC Funding
  • Available to work Monday to Friday
  • Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 and recent flu vaccination
