Our Opportunity to you
We are looking for an Allied Health Lead to manage our allied health team in Western Australia. Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver. This a permanent full-time role based in West Perth WA.
The day to day
- Support and collaborate with clinicians across regions and disciplines
- Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
- Manage and support you and your team’s clinical caseload
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Your experience
- Proven operational management and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in client management systems and relevant technological applications
- Working knowledge of funding steams such as Support at Home, CHSP and post-acute care (preferred)
- Proven capability in change implementation, system improvement and innovation
Additional
- Qualifications: Allied Health qualification in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration / ESSA accreditation
- Requirement: Valid Australian driver’s licence and insured vehicle
