Your New Role 

As a Senior Care Partner you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.  

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.     

What does your new role look like? 

• Providing high quality support and personal care services to our residents  

• Ensuring detailed documentation is updated 

• Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members 
• Coaching and developing carers

• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe 

• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive   

About You

• A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents 

• Availability to work Monday to Friday AM shifts 7am to 3pm

• Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support

• Willing to obtain a NDIS Clearance Check if successful 

• Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
