About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our team on the Far North Coast, covering Tweed Heads area. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based care to clients in their homes and community settings, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence. As a Physiotherapist, you will support clients through programs like Support at Home and Hospital Substitution, helping them achieve independence and reach their goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver services to a diverse caseload, including orthopaedic, neurological, cardiorespiratory and gerontological clients.

• Help clients recover from injuries, surgery & acute or chronic conditions.

• Develop tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs

• Conduct mobility and falls prevention assessments

• Work closely with clients and families to achieve functional goals

About you:

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration

• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle

• Experience in community-based Physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable
