As our Clinical Nurse Manager – Community Nursing, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading our Support at Home nursing workforce, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care across the northern region.

About You

• AHPRA-registered RN with 5+ years’ experience in community, chronic disease, or acute care.
• Skilled in clinical governance, risk assessment, telehealth, and early intervention strategies.
• Strong leadership presence—mentoring clinicians, driving care standards, and engaging stakeholders.
• Passionate about preventative care and keeping people well at home.
• Familiarity with NMBA standards, NSQHS, and ACN NECF.
• (Bonus: experience with digital health platforms or contemporary community nursing models.)
