What You’ll Do:

As well as being an accomplished Clinical Care Manager and Leader, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.

• Lead clinical governance and compliance
• Mentor and support a dedicated care team
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and leadership
• Champion person-centred care and continuous improvement
• Drive occupancy and AN-ACC funding outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

• AHPRA registration and NDIS clearance
• A background in aged care with a strong understanding of clinical operations
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in operational management (e.g. rostering, recruitment)
• A passion for improving resident outcomes and team culture
• Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)

Previous experience in a Clinical Care Manager role is valued, but we welcome those ready to step up and grow into the position.
