About the Home
The Alba is a welcoming 128‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role
As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
• Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
• Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC, NQIP, risk & quality
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
• Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes

About You

• RN with current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of AN‑ACC, NQIP, ACQSC
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching capability
• Desirable: Minimum of  2+ years’ experience in Aged Care

• Fixed Term Contract role. from 7th of April 2026 through to 4th of October 2026 Friday through to Sunday 9.45PM to 7.15AM Night shift.
