The Alba Aged Care comprised of 95 aged care beds and provides customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support. It offers state-of-the-art facilities within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair and beauty spa, and gym along with many other activities in the Albert Park Lake area.

Your New Role
Come and join our clinical and care team at The Alba Aged Care in South Melbourne, where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together’ model and raising the quality of life for our residents and their families.
What does your new role look like?
- Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents
- Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs
- Providing an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relatives
- Developing supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care
About You
As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Knowledge of the Australian Aged Care Classification Funding Model (AN-ACC) is highly regarded
- Experience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
- Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
- Availability to work permanent part time, across a range of Day, Afternoon and Night shifts
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 including the first Booster
