Your New Role

As a Food Service Assistant, you will work as part of a team to provide hospitality services to all residents, including assisting with the efficient preparation and delivery of quality meals.

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our residents within a range of accommodation options in one location.

We are currently seeking Casual Food Service Assistants to join our team at The Alba.

Casual Roles Available – Flexible Availability Required

Candidates must have strong availability and flexibility to work casual shifts as required by the business.

What does your new role look like?

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals
• Provide cleaning support within the kitchen as required
• Cater to the special dietary and nutritional needs of residents
• Interact with residents and provide person-centred care

• A truly customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering genuine care to residents
• Strong availability and flexibility to work casual shifts as required
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen assisting with meal preparation would be highly regarded
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including the Booster, and Annual Influenza Vaccination
