About the Home
The Alba is a welcoming 89‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role
As Enrolled Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged with Clinical Care Managers and multidisciplinary teams,

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
• Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
• Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC, NQIP, risk & quality
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
• Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes

About You

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching capability
• Desirable: Minimum of  2+ years’ experience in Aged Care

Details

• Role Positions. Dayshift Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday 7.00AM to 3.00PM
• Afternoon Shift Thursday through to Saturday or Sunday through to Wednesday 2.45PM to 9.45PM
