  • $42.71 per hour + super + a yearly bonus
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm 
  • Place of work: Sienna Grange aged care facility (this is not a hybrid position)

Your New Role

As a Rostering Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly by managing rosters, supporting payroll accuracy, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. You’ll be the go-to expert for our Time & Attendance system and a key support for our care team.

 

What does your new role look like?

  • Managing and evolving the master roster in consultation with operational teams
  • Allocating staff shifts and managing planned/unplanned leave
  • Processing timesheets and supporting payroll accuracy
  • Creating and analysing reports to support operational performance
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff
  • Supporting compliance tracking and administrative functions
  • Maintaining data accuracy and improving rostering systems
  • Providing friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

 

 

About You

Does this sound like you?

 

  • Previous administrative and rostering experience is essential
  • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and rostering systems
  • A flexible, team orientated approach
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19
  • Current NDISWC or willing to obtain one
