About the Home
Sienna Grange is a welcoming 63‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role
As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
• Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
• Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes

About You

• RN with current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of AN‑ACC, NQIP, ACQSC
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching capability
• Desirable: Minimum of  2+ years’ experience in Aged Care

Details

• Casual role covering morning or afternoon, we also have night shift pattern Monday and Tuesday every 2nd week. 9.45PM to 7.15AM
