About the Role: You’ll be part of a dedicated Clinical and Care team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We have Permanent part-time vacancies to cover the below rosters: 

1. Thursday and Friday shifts (0700 - 1500)
2. Tuesday to Friday (1445-2245)
3. Monday to Sunday (2230-0715)

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional clinical care tailored to each resident
• Lead and support care staff in a collaborative environment
• Build strong relationships with residents and families
• Work alongside health professionals to deliver best-practice care

What You’ll Need:

• Current AHPRA Registration and Bachelor of Nursing
• Passion for aged care and community connection
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check
• Up-to-date 2025 Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
