At Sienna Grange Aged Care we are proud of our culture; we are an embracing and supportive team, we welcome resident preferences and choice, we connect to engage our community of residents, families and care staff.
We’re currently seeking a passionate and creative Lifestyle Companion to join our friendly team at Sienna Grange Aged Care on a permanent part-time basis. Regular shifts are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility required to support the team on other days as needed.
What does your new role look like?

Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery

Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times

Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers

Assisting with care plans and programs
-
Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents

Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed
About you:
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?

Certification in Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
-
Experience working in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services
-
A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service

Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities
-
Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
-
Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
