About the Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager Residential Aged Care Operations, the General Manager Sienna Grange is a key leadership role responsible for the operational performance, resident outcomes and overall success of one of Australian Unity's highest performing Residential Aged Care communities. Located in beautiful Port Macquarie, Sienna Grange is a modern 68-bed residential aged care home delivering permanent residential care, respite, palliative care and memory support.

As a member of the Residential Aged Care Operational Leadership Team, you will lead a committed multidisciplinary team while ensuring outstanding resident experiences, workforce performance, clinical governance, regulatory excellence and commercial sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational performance of Sienna Grange Residential Aged Care
• Drive exceptional resident, family and customer experiences
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory obligations
• Lead workforce capability, engagement and retention initiatives
• Develop and coach high-performing leaders and teams
• Deliver sustainable occupancy, financial and quality outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management and governance activities
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, employees and community stakeholders
• Champion a culture of accountability, wellbeing, safety and person-centred care

About You

You are an experienced Residential Aged Care leader with a proven ability to successfully manage and lead an aged care home.

You will bring:

• Previous leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
• Demonstrated success managing operational, workforce and financial performance
• Strong understanding of the Australian aged care regulatory environment
• Proven capability to build, develop and lead high-performing teams
• Experience driving occupancy, resident outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and wellbeing outcomes

Highly Regarded

• Experience leading a high-performing Residential Aged Care home
• Clinical qualifications and/or strong clinical governance experience
• Experience preparing for and leading accreditation activities
• Qualifications in Health, Nursing, Business or Leadership
