Permanent Part-Time Cook – Sienna Grange, Port Macquarie\

 

Hours:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Plus Monday or Thursday
  • 7:30am – 3:30pm

Type: Permanent Part-Time
Rate: $35.21 per hour + super 
Experience: Previous cooking experience required, working in an aged care facility would be advantageous 
Qualification: Cookery qualification beneficial but not required

 

Are you passionate about food and looking for a flexible role in a supportive kitchen environment? We’re seeking a Permanent Part-Time Cook to join our team at Sienna Grange in Port Macquarie.

 

About the Role

As a Cook, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide hospitality services to all residents, including assisting with the efficient preparation and delivery of quality meals.

What does your new role look like?

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals
  • Cleaning support within the kitchen as required
  • Catering to special dietary and nutritional needs of residents
  • Interacting with residents and providing person centered care

 

About You

  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen assisting with meal preparation 
  • Demonstrate empathy and a genuine passion for delivering excellent care
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (minimum 1 dose) 
  • Current NDISWC or willing to apply for one
