Your New Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide care and support, under direct supervision, that enhances our residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

 

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.    

 

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing personalised assistance, supervision and physical support for daily activities
  • Provide skincare, oral hygiene and grooming to customers
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive  

 

About You

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

 

Does this sound like you?

  • Currently studying and due to complete a relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate III/IV in Disability)
  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to resident
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza (or willing to obtain) and COVID-19 (2 doses)
