We’re looking for a warm, customer-focused team member to join our Café at Sienna Grange. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others and wants a role that fits around school hours, this could be the perfect fit!

Your New Role: 

As part of our Café team, you’ll be providing friendly service to residents, families, and staff in a welcoming environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts as an AIN if you’re looking to increase your hours.

Your core duties include:

• Customer service and café operations
• Making coffee and preparing light meals/snacks
• Creating a warm, inviting space for our community

About You

You’re someone who brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. You’ve completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), but no carer experience is required.

You’ll also need:

• A truly customer-centric approach
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
• Full vaccination for Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)
