Policy Writer

Your New Role:

Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in-home clinical and care services that meet the needs of the wider community. As a Policy Writer working within our Quality & Safety team, you will provide a pivotal role in the development of clear, compliant, and strategically aligned documentation that supports Home Health’s integrated healthcare and aged care model.

Responsible for designing, writing and maintaining policies, procedures and governance documents that align with regulatory standards and organisational strategy, you will have the ability to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into accessible, user-friendly documents that reflect our customer-centric approach. 

You will be required to work cross functionally, training and communicating strategies to promote understanding and consistent application of new policies and procedures across the organisation. 

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of our Parramatta office, where you will have flexibility to work a hybrid work model. 

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; or equivalent operational experience in healthcare, community care, or aged care
• Demonstrated experience in developing policies and procedures, and writing clear, structured documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage people across all levels of business operations
• Proficiency in managing documents within an electronic document repository or content management system
• Experience with the Aged Care Quality Standards and/or National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards (highly desirable)
• Experience using Salesforce systems (desirable)
