About the role


Across Home Health, we’re transforming the way we work in local communities to improve health and care outcomes. The Health Concierge – Clinical Team provides personalized and streamlined best practice clinical service triaging, prioritisation, clinical referral review and escalations, and scheduling experience across multiple programs of care, recovery, and treatment. The aim of this function is to match the right resource, to the right need, at the right time, to deliver the best possible outcome.

 

As a Senior Clinical Scheduler, you will guide a team of Scheduling Coordinators to deliver high quality, stable and efficient schedules for customers and our clinical and nursing workforce.

 

This permanent full-time role is based out of our Parramatta office in Sydney, with the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

 

The day to day

  • Day to day team management and delegation
  • Manage new and existing clients and fielding enquiries and incoming calls
  • Customer service and stakeholder management
  • Effectively manage clinical schedules for optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Effectively manage a range of allied health and nursing services
  • Manage Third Party Service Coordination as required
  • Conducting formal and informal team member check ins

  

Your experience

  • Experience within a phone-based customer service /sales role
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering environments 
  • Solid understanding of aged care and hospital substitution funding models and guidelines
  • Effective communication skills, especially in building rapport and managing conversations, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Adaptable and solution focused with the tenacity to overcome challenges
  • A proven record of team leadership and interpersonal relationship management including junior staff training and development
  • A champion towards positive team culture and leader of team building initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
