About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs for Care Workers and clinical teams, including orientation and ongoing development.
- Assess competencies to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
- Use a mix of digital, face-to-face, and blended learning approaches to achieve impactful outcomes.
- Collaborate with leaders and enabling teams to align learning with strategic objectives.
- Stay ahead of clinical practice trends and contribute to innovative learning initiatives.
About You
You’re a passionate educator and experienced clinician who thrives on empowering others. You bring:
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Nurse.
- 5+ years post-graduate clinical experience.
- A qualification in training or education (highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
