About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver engaging learning programs for Care Workers and clinical teams, including orientation and ongoing development.
• Assess competencies to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
• Use a mix of digital, face-to-face, and blended learning approaches to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders and enabling teams to align learning with strategic objectives.
• Stay ahead of clinical practice trends and contribute to innovative learning initiatives.

About You

You’re a passionate educator and experienced clinician who thrives on empowering others. You bring:

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Nurse.
• 5+ years post-graduate clinical experience.
• A qualification in training or education (highly regarded).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
