Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

This role will build relationships with financial advisers and dealer groups who work with clients facing complex financial situations.

 

You’ll be part of a team that values relationships and achieving great client outcomes in partnership with advisers.

 

We’re looking for someone who has a high care factor and the foundation and appetite to build a career in investment bonds with a team that does things differently.  

 

While the role is based in Sydney, you’ll travel throughout the state to meet with advisers. We offer WFH flexibility along with a centrally located Sydney CBD office.

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across NSW in collaboration with the Senior Business Development Manager
  • Achieve agreed sales and growth targets across investment bond products
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial advisers, dealer groups, and AFSL holders throughout New South Wales
  • Maintain comprehensive activity, feedback, and pipeline reporting through Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and internal stakeholders across Distribution, Marketing, Product, and Research teams


About You:

 

  • You may come from a financial advice role, para planning, business development associate position, sales support, or even a contact centre advisory role
  • You’re RG146 qualified
  • Broad understanding of the financial services industry and how advisers operate
  • Relationship-focused approach with the confidence to provide consultative guidance
  • A self-starter who thrives working autonomously while staying connected to the team
  • Based in NSW with reliable vehicle and full driver’s licence - regular state-wide travel is a core component of this role
