Experienced Home Support Worker - Aged Care

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Passionate about aged care – helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
• Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
• Live in or near Far North Coast NSW. This could include the following suburb locations Tweed Heads, Banora Point, Bilambil, Tumbulgum, Chinderah, Kingscliff, Casuarina, Pottsville, Murwillumbah, Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby, Bangalow, Lennox Head or Ballina
• Know this is not a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

• Available Roles: Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
• Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Contract Hours: 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
• Hourly Rate: $29.81 - $32.85 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports, assisting with transportation for clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Flexibility: Availability Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
• Commitment: To our paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow, and be supported)
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
