We're Hiring: Chef (Part-Time, Permanent) & Casual Cook

Are you passionate about food and looking for a flexible role in a supportive kitchen environment? We’re currently recruiting for two exciting opportunities:

Permanent Part-Time Chef

• Days: Thursdays & Fridays (with flexibility to pick up extra shifts on other days)
• Rate: $37.72 per hour
• Contract: Permanent Part-Time
• Experience: Previous kitchen experience required, but industry-specific experience is not essential
• Qualification: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

As the Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Hospitality Teams while preparing resident meals to the highest quality and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Casual Cook

• Days: No set schedule – great for someone who enjoys variety and has a flexible schedule 
• Rate: $35.21 per hour
• Type: Casual
• Experience: Previous cooking experience required, but industry-specific experience is not essential
• Qualification: Cookery qualification beneficial but not required

As a Cook, you will work as part of a team to provide hospitality services to all residents, including assisting with the efficient preparation and delivery of quality meals.

Does this sound like you?

• A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen assisting with meal preparation would be highly regarded
• Possess cookery qualifications or have relevant experience required
• Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and 2025 Influenza ling to obtain 
• Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
