About the Home

At Constitution Hill Aged Care, we have a lovely 121 ned home and create an environment that feels just like home, offering comfort and warmth ffor our residents. Our goal is to help our residents feel as relaxed and happy as they did in their own homes.

The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of the clinical team, partnering with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and positive resident outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, person-centred and compliant nursing care
• Monitor, assess and report changes in resident health and wellbeing
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements
• Collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to achieve the best possible outcomes

About You

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Passion for delivering quality aged care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Desirable: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Aged Care
