About the Home
Racecourse Grange is a welcoming 127‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role
As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the aged care operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged with the clinical team and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
• Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
• Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes

About You

• RN with current AHPRA registration
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching capability
• Desirable: Minimum of  2+ years’ experience in Aged Care

• Role Afternoon Shift
• Monday through to Saturday not working Wednesdays 2.45 PM to 10.15 PM
