Australian Unity operates 2 beautiful Aged Care Facilities in the idyllic suburb of Mornington that both provide start of the art care utilising our Better Together Model. 

Peninsula Grange is a beautiful 102 bed Residential Aged Care Facility that opened in 2015 and it offers a bright, modern  and welcoming environment for those who appreciate open space and fresh air.

Racecourse Grange is a stylish 127 bed Residential Aged Care Facility that opened in 2019 and it offers a sophisticated, comfortable living environment while keeping residents independence in mind. 

 

Your New Role

As a member of the team, you will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families.
We are seeking PCA's for Permanent Morning, Afternoons and Night Duty or casual positions. 

 

What Your New Role Looks Like: 

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive  

 

About You

 

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.

 

Does this sound like you?

 

  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Flexibility and availability to work Morning (AM), Afternoon (PM) and Night (ND) shifts across seven-day roster (set days are available)
  • You hold Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability etc
  • A current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable vehicle 
  • All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and must have received an annual flu vaccination
