We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Lifestyle Officer to join our friendly team in Mornington on a casual basis.  

What does your new role look like? 

• Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery 

• Always ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction 

• Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers 

• Assisting with care plans and programs 

• Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents. 

• Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed   

About you: 

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers. 

Does this sound like you? 

• Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure 

• Experience in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services 

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills 

• A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service 

• Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities. 

• Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded 
• Ability to work casually shifts are 9am-4pm or 10am-6pm 7 days a week

• Willing to obtain a NDIS Clearance Check if successful 

• Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 (2 Doses) and willing to obtain an Annual Flu Vaccination
