Do you want to work within a rewarding industry at our Peninsula Grange site where you get to build relationships with our residents whilst assisting with their everyday living? 

 

About the role: 

Facility: Peninsula Grange, Mornington 

Contract: Permanant Part Time 

Hourly rate: $30.69 per hour base + super + 25% casual loading

Shift: Day - Availability to work on Thursday and Friday is highly desirable 

 

Your New Role: 

As a Laundry Assistant, you will provide support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.  

 

What your new role looks like: 

  • Providing a range of laundry services for both resident’s personal laundry as well as laundry for the Aged Care Facility 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members 
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe 
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive   

 

About You: 

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers. 

 

Does this sound like you? 

  • Experience working within a laundry service is highly regarded 
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 
  • Current Flu vaccination
  • Have an NDISWC or willing to obtain one
