Your New Role
As a Barista Assistant you will work as part of a team to provide services to all residents, at. Racecourse Grange in Mornington.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
What does your new role look like?
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Assist in Preparation , take pride in keeping the space clean , efficient ,customer- ready
- Can work solo on the coffee machine with speed and consistency
- Cater to special needs and monitor dietary requirements
- Interacting with residents and providing person centred care
- Standard cafe setup and closing duties can assist with ordering non - perishables
- The location of the role is 428 Racecourse Road in Mornington.
