At Australian Unity, you'll help older Australians (65+) live safely and independently in their own homes. If you have a caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting older Australians to remain independent at home through:

• Domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Shopping, errands and social support
• Companionship and meaningful connection

Experienced carers will also provide:

• Personal care and medication support
• Mobility assistance
• Transport to appointments
• Health and wellbeing observations

Most importantly, you'll help brighten someone's day and make a positive impact in your local community.

About You

• Live in or can travel throughout the Sunshine Coast, Coolum Beach, Eerwah Vale, Maleny, Beerwah, Caloundra & surrounding areas
• Hold a current Australian Driver Licence (International licence not accepted)
• Own a reliable car with comprehensive insurance
• Available to complete our fully paid 2-week training program upon commencement
