Our Opportunity:

 

The UKG Operations Support team has the dual role supporting the UKG Pro WFM system by taking the lead training role in delivering training programs in accordance with the UKG PRO WFM training continuum. Additionally you will be an active team member of the UKG Operations Support team help desk providing efficient and effective advice and support to UKG PRO WFM users across Australian Unity.

 

This is a full time fixed term opportunity until 09/01/2026

 

Accountabilities include:

 

  • Facilitating individual and group learning activities in accordance with training schedule
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training and assessment activities
  • Follow Australian Unity’s Policies and Procedures and UKG PRO WFM work instructions
  • Training coordination
  • Respond to and support calls & emails to the UKG Operations Support team
  • Identify opportunities for support call reduction and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain advanced UKG PRO WFM knowledge to enable business support
  • Contributing to UKG PRO WFM Improvement projects
  • Contributing to UKG PRO WFM Improvement projects

 

About You:

 

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities / experience:

  • Experience in the use of UKG PRO WFM.
  • Experience in a similar role within a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies such as teamwork, creative problem solving, flexibility and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management / interaction skills
  • Developed negotiation skills
  • A ‘big picture’ thinker, anticipating what is coming and rejecting silo thinking
  • Flexible thinking style, comfortable balancing both tactical and strategic outcomes
