Your New Role Looks Like This:
The Team Assistant will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Finance and Strategy department here at Australian Unity. Ideal for someone beginning their career in the corporate world, this role will offer opportunities to grow and learn much needed skillsets to succeed in the corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative assistance to the F&S Executive Assistant and F&S team as required
- Daily administration of the company wide corporate credit card program and sharepoint site in accordance with company policy
- Coupa – raising POs, receipting, paying invoices as required
- Travel bookings in accordance with company policy
- Reconcile expense management (Concur) transactions as required
- Manage employee onboarding / offboarding process: on boarding, relocations and staff exits including updating organisational charts and email distribution lists
- Document production as required
- Coordination of Finance and Strategy events and team meetings
About You:
- 3years in a Team assistant/Admin assistant role
- Experience with Coupa or other financial systems is advantageous
- Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a range of secretarial and general administrative duties.
- Competent level of computer skills.
- Confidentiality
- Experience with SharePoint would be highly advantageous, but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work with a large team, or experience in working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
