About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with life-changing career opportunities? We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent across nursing, allied health, and clinical disciplines. This role is designed to elevate how we attract and engage clinical and allied health professionals to a rewarding career at Australian Unity.

This is not your typical sourcing role. As our Clinical Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and business-critical clinical roles. You’ll partner closely with Talent Partners to deliver data-informed sourcing strategies that align with our purpose and people needs.

You’ll be the go-to expert for sourcing across Allied Health, Nursing, and Clinical Leadership roles—bringing market insights, creativity, and a proactive mindset to the table. This is a hybrid position, with three days in the office and two days working from home. While we’re flexible on location, we ideally prefer candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney, where our core teams are located.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute strategic sourcing plans for clinical and allied health roles, using a mix of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, LTI, talent pools, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Use data and insights to inform sourcing decisions, track performance, and continuously improve.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements and workforce needs.
  • Champion a values-led candidate experience
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to bring our EVP to life through sourcing campaigns and storytelling.

About You

You have a strategic and growth mindset with a passion for healthcare and purpose-driven work. You bring:

  • Proven experience sourcing for clinical, health services, or professional services roles.
  • A proactive, data-informed approach to talent sourcing.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence with insights.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms
  • A genuine interest in improving lives and contributing to a values-led organisation.

Why Join Us?

At Australian Unity, you’ll be part of a team that’s committed to real wellbeing—for our customers and our people. We offer:

  • Flexible work arrangements and hybrid options
  • A supportive, inclusive culture that lives its values
  • Opportunities to grow your career in a purpose-led organisation
  • Competitive salary and benefits
