This is a 12 month fixed-term full time opportunity. 

Our Opportunity:

The Solution Architect focusing on People and Culture capabilities is responsible for designing and delivering fit-for-purpose technology solutions that enable Australian Unity’s workforce strategies and enhance employee experience. You will shape and maintain solution designs that support HR operations, talent management, learning and development, and cultural transformation—ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, investment priorities, and risk appetite. 

Accountabilities include:

• Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions between the new recruitment platform and core HR/finance systems 
• Engage with stakeholders to capture data flow requirements, business rules, and process impacts 
• Ensure all integration designs comply with enterprise architecture standards and security protocols 
• Apply best practices for third-party SaaS integrations, leveraging prior experience 
• Utilise knowledge of AI in recruitment to support downstream functions such as workforce planning and budgeting 
• Collaborate with vendors, internal delivery teams, and functional leads to maintain solution integrity 
• Contribute to test planning, data validation, and cutover strategies to ensure successful deployment 
• Align and support the architectural governance processes including the review and approval of new technology initiatives 

About You:

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities / experience:
