Your New Role Looks Like This:

As a Senior Workforce Systems Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, human-centered employee experience through innovative systems and solutions by maintaining and enhancing the systems that underpin our employee pay and workforce management processes.

 

You will take ownership of the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance modules. Your role will focus on optimizing system performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering seamless integrations that empower our People & Culture (P&C) and Payroll teams.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Lead System Administration: Manage and maintain UKG/Kronos, configuring pay rules, accruals, and schedules to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Drive Innovation: Implement and integrate system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption.
  • Solve Problems: Troubleshoot technical issues, providing expert support to P&C Operations and Payroll teams.
  • Ensure Compliance: Configure systems to meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies.
  • Collaborate: Partner with P&C and technology teams to enhance processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Provide Insights: Generate reports and analyze workforce data to guide informed decision-making.
  • Governance and Accuracy: Design processes to maintain payroll accuracy and legislative compliance.
  • Develop Expertise: Build an in-depth understanding of P&C systems and their integrations to ensure smooth data flows.
  • Offer Expert Advice: Provide clear guidance on legislative obligations, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and employment policies.

 

 

About You:

 

  • Proven experience in administering and implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management (or equivalent) systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos pay rules configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and integration of UKG/Kronos with payroll software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and work across multiple projects.
  • Experience and knowledge in interpretation of complex Enterprise Agreements and awards
  • Demonstratable knowledge of complex Payroll integrations – specifically with time and attendance systems such as UKG
  • Experienced in the development of process and procedural documentation
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Business degree or qualification desirable but not essential.
