About the Opportunity:
As our Senior Sourcing Manager – Technology, you'll own the end-to-end commercial outcome for our technology spend, spanning SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cyber security, telco, and IT professional services. You'll set category strategy, lead high-value negotiations, and build the vendor governance frameworks that keep our suppliers accountable.
What you’ll do:
- Build and socialise a technology sourcing pipeline and category strategy endorsed by technology leadership
- Lead complex negotiations across SaaS, cloud, managed services, and IT professional services agreements
- Design and embed a Technology Vendor Management playbook, SLA frameworks, scorecards, QBR cadence, and escalation pathways
- Serve as a trusted commercial advisor to Technology Executives, EGMs and GMs
- Track and report on benefits, spend trends, and contract lifecycle milestones
- Embed third-party risk requirements (including APRA CPS 230 / CPS 234) into sourcing and contracting
About You:
You're a procurement professional with experience leading sourcing and vendor management across complex categories, SaaS, cloud, managed services, cyber security, networks and telco, and outsourced IT.
You've negotiated and managed major enterprise agreements, MSAs, SaaS and cloud contracts, managed services deals and you know how to hold vendors to account through well-structured governance. Your commercial instincts are sharp: you're comfortable with TCO modelling, benchmarking, pricing constructs, and value-based negotiation.
You influence at the executive level and can lead cross-functional deal teams without losing the thread. Experience in financial services and familiarity with APRA regulatory obligations (CPS 230 / CPS 234) is highly regarded. You're proficient with tools like Coupa and Tableau, and ideally have experience with a contract lifecycle management platform such as Icertis.
