About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to join our Technology, Digital and Transformation team, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role sits at the centre of our People and Culture systems landscape and plays a key part in ensuring our HR technology is reliable, optimised, and supporting the business effectively.
You will act as the functional expert across SuccessFactors, owning configuration, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR, payroll, and technology teams, you will ensure our people systems are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose as the business evolves.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central including data models, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions
- Provide support across HCM modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Learning, and Time Off
- Apply creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking to solution design, leveraging SuccessFactors in innovative ways to address complex people system challenges
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and data issues across modules
- Manage mass data changes and ensure strong data quality, validation, and governance practices
- Maintain system security, access controls, and compliance with audit and privacy requirements
- Support integrations and ensure reliable data flow across HR and payroll systems
- Work closely with stakeholders across People and Culture, Technology, and external vendors
About You:
You will bring strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a deep understanding of configuration including data models, workflows, business rules, and security. You are confident managing complex system issues and enjoy getting into the detail to find the root cause and implement long term fixes.
You have experience working across multiple HCM modules and understand how data flows between systems, particularly in environments integrated with payroll. You are comfortable managing system releases, testing changes, and ensuring everything is delivered in a controlled and compliant way.
Experience with SuccessFactors certifications, mass data management, and process documentation will be highly regarded.
