About the Opportunity:

You’ll work at the intersection of Industrial Relations, Operations, Payroll, People & Culture and Technology to understand how existing and proposed Enterprise Agreement provisions impact systems, processes and workforce operations.

You'll develop impact assessments, build scenario-based costing models, define business and technical requirements, and support testing and implementation activities to ensure changes are delivered accurately, compliantly and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the analysis and mapping of Enterprise Agreement provisions across payroll, workforce management, rostering and HR systems.
  • Assess the operational, financial and technology impacts of proposed bargaining outcomes and union claims.
  • Develop costing models and scenario analyses to support bargaining strategy and executive decision-making.
  • Produce high-quality business requirements, process maps, business rules and supporting documentation.
  • Manage requirements through the full project lifecycle, ensuring traceability from requirement through to design, testing and implementation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Industrial Relations, Payroll, P&C, Operations, Risk and Technology teams to identify risks, dependencies and implementation considerations.

About You:

You are an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning ambiguity into clear, actionable outcomes. With a strong background in business, People and technology transformation, you have a proven ability to analyse complex problems, engage diverse stakeholders and deliver solutions that balance operational, commercial and compliance requirements.

You bring deep experience across workforce-focused environments and have a strong understanding of HR, payroll, workforce management, rostering and time and attendance processes. You are confident assessing the impact of change across multiple systems and business functions and can quickly identify risks, dependencies and opportunities.

Experience supporting Enterprise Agreement bargaining, payroll transformation, industrial compliance initiatives or workforce management programs will be highly regarded. Experience within healthcare, aged care, disability, community services or other highly unionised workforce environments will also be advantageous. Exposure to platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos or similar workforce management systems would be beneficial.
