Our Opportunity
Working in partnership with the Head of Marketing – Home Health and the wider marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy for Home Health that drives growth.
Within Australian Unity Home Health you will have the opportunity to collaborate and build marketing initiatives across our partner brands including Let’s Get Care, Remedy Healthcare and Ramsay Connect.
In addition to the above the Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in customer acquisition, maximizing lead generation, driving innovative customer experiences and supporting retention efforts. Additionally, the role focuses on building awareness and consideration for Australian Unity Home Health and its partner brands, positioning Australian Unity as provider of choice in the industry.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Home Health that maximise customer acquisition, retention, up-sell, cross-sell and revenue opportunities.
- Builds brand affinity for Home Health and positions the business as a provider of choice across all categories.
- Deliver a strategy to maximise growth opportunities for Australian Unity as funding landscape for Home Health and care services
- Deliver and execute retention and loyalty strategies for Home Health
- Ensure an optimal and integrated customer experience across all channels and platforms, along with an integrated suite of marketing communication collateral
- Identify, establish and leverage strategic sponsorship opportunities and industry alignments to maximise Australian Unity’s reputation as a provider of choice.
- Use customer data and insights to create customer propositions, test and learn activities and marketing communications to drive growth, customer satisfaction and word of mouth referrals
- Ensure delivery in-line with customer experience vision and objectives, as well as project budgets and deadlines.
- Collaborate in other customer experience work streams as the marketing representative
- Work collaboratively and positively with other members of the marketing team to support integrated marketing initiatives and strategic goals across the Australian Unity business.
- Build trusted partnerships with all key stakeholders, including the Executives for Home Health and wider Australian Unity Group
Key things we are looking for
- Relevant tertiary and post graduate qualifications preferred. Successful completion
of a relevant post-graduate qualification would be highly regarded. - Extensive experience in corporate marketing, with proven leadership in dynamic environments. Experience developed in home healthcare or aged care would be very well regarded.
- Demonstrated experience driving integrated brand and marketing strategies across multiple channels. With a demonstrated ability to achieve high growth targets.
- Strong experience in brand strategy, external communication and marketing communication.
- Proficiency in translating research insights into strategy and action.
- Advanced understanding of key marketing drivers of customer acquisition, growth and retention/loyalty.
- Ability to lead the strategic brand and marketing creative vision
- Excellent interpersonal, influencer and relationship management skills.
