Your New Role Looks Like This:

As a Senior Investor Services Associate, you’ll be a key part of our Select Income Fund (SIF) team — a contributory mortgage fund that offers investors access to high-quality, income-producing assets. You’ll deliver an exceptional service experience to our existing and prospective investors while supporting day-to-day operations and helping the business grow.

Please note that this is an initial 6 month fixed term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver exceptional first-line support to investors and advisers via phone and email
  • Onboard new investors and coordinate investment of new and additional funds

  • Prepare and reconcile investor and fund data for audits, reporting, and cash flow forecasting
  • Contribute to business development activities by preparing materials, supporting meetings, and assisting with investor engagement

  • Support key business projects, including testing and rollout of new systems or process upgrades
