Your New Role Looks Like This:
We’re looking for a passionate and accomplished Senior Institutional Sales Manager to join our team. If you thrive on building meaningful client relationships and driving strategic growth, this is your opportunity!
As a key leader, you’ll focus on expanding our presence across middle and institutional markets, family offices, and more. With a strong foundation in social infrastructure, commercial property, and unlisted property funds, you’ll be pivotal in shaping the future of our Wealth & Capital Markets division.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to achieve growth in target markets.
- Collaborating closely with Strategic Partnerships and Fund Managers to unlock opportunities.
- Nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities using your established networks.
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Partnering across teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Mentoring and leading junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Driving sales initiatives and campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met.

About You:
- Previous experience consistently delivering results and building significant relationships in the Australian wealth and asset management market (approximately 15+ years)
- Ability to excel in managing the demands of capital raising deadlines whilst fostering trust and delivering value to AFSL’s and investors
- Deep, established relationships with middle and institutional markets and family offices.
- Expertise in social infrastructure, commercial property, and unlisted property funds.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation success
- Extensive market analysis and strategic thinking skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
