Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

Join our team as a Senior Digital Product Manager and be at the forefront of shaping our digital future! You’ll craft the vision and strategy that drives our product teams to solve meaningful customer and business challenges—delivering solutions our customers love, that also make commercial sense, and align with our wider business goals.

 

In this dynamic role, you’ll keep a pulse on market trends and cutting-edge technologies, continuously looking for opportunities to innovate. Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll uncover new ideas and drive product improvements using a customer-focused, test-and-learn approach.

 

From initial discovery to product launch and beyond, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our products grow and evolve. You’ll lead the charge in defining features, managing timelines, and ensuring quality, while working closely with the Head of Digital Product & Strategy to build and grow our Digital Product capability.

 

As a thought leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing a thriving Community of Practice, offering your deep expertise to guide the development of innovative digital products. Your exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills will make you the key figure in turning diverse insights—whether from sales, customers, or tech—into a cohesive product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with business areas including sales, support, marketing, and engineering to define success, validate propositions and deliver the best possible customer experience to ensure the solution is valuable and viable.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development by the delivery team
  • Identify areas for growth and create digital roadmaps to help drive digital sales and adoption
  • Work with Digital Designers and Researchers to run discovery and design sprints to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses
  • Prioritise product features and communicate reasoning to stakeholders
  • Define and track success metrics
  • Work to iteratively meet the needs of all of our customers and provide value across the whole product lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement product strategy and vision that is consistent with the group digital strategy and business strategy
  • Validate ideas and ensure teams are aligned to business goals. Identify customer needs, and support stakeholders to understand and define the business values
  • Manage the end to end digital product development process aligning to group frameworks and processes
  • Gather and prioritise requirements based on customer needs, market trends and business priorities. Define clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product planning process, and work cross-functionally to keep the digital roadmap on track and relevant
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess product performance and user engagement. Use data and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization

 

 

About You:

 

  • Relevant degree qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital Product Management or related role
  • Demonstrated track record of managing digital products from concept to launch
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies
  • Well-developed documentation and management practices
  • Experience in shaping priorities, and managing different skills within a team.
  • Ability to effectively context switch on tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and where required work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written – ability to effectively communicate complex information and tailor communication according to audience.
  • Desirable: Omnichannel strategy and optimization knowledge and experience
