Your New Role Looks Like This:

 

In joining as a Senior Client Operations Representative, you will form part of a key team tasked with contributing to an exceptional service experience to our customers within Australian Unity Wealth & Capital Markets.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, your role will consist of the completion of daily administration and operational tasks that directly impact our customers. You will also be encouraged to drive improvements and performance in all areas of our business, with the aim of exceeding customer expectations and making a positive impact our the team.

 

Key Accountabilities Include:

 

  • Establish and maintain technical knowledge of the Australian Unity Wealth Product Suite both current and legacy to the extent that these can be processed without error
  • Accurate data entry keying with a zero-error rate using relevant systems
  • Anticipate customer needs, consistently provide a service standard that makes it easy for the customer
  • Liaise with other areas in the Wealth and Capital Markets that require assistance on the Life and Super and Investment products
  • Assist in gathering information in order to respond to difficult/technical questions
  • Quality interactions with our channels, direct and funeral directors

 

 

About You:

 

  • Experience within the Australian Financial services and/or Superannuation industry with at least 5 years working experience
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills
  • Some understanding of investment structures and well as varying terms/jargon
  • Ability to work within a team environment and being able to navigate a larger business
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to work to deadlines, strong time management skills
  • Experienced in handling customer complaints and managing incidents
  • Exposure to managing client reporting.
