About the Opportunity:

 

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, supporting the Private Health Insurance (PHI) Sales Accelerator Squad to uplift the digital sales funnel and improve end‑to‑end digital customer journeys. Working within Digital & Transformation, the Senior Business Analyst partners closely with digital product, technology and PHI business teams to deliver improved digital conversion, customer experience and digital capability.

 

Reporting to the BA Practice Lead, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering major digital initiatives that support sales growth and customer outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Defining and documenting clear business and functional requirements for digital initiatives within the PHI Sales Accelerator Squad
  • Analysing digital journeys and requirements to support sales uplift and improved customer experience
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers and Digital Solution Architects to translate requirements into customer‑centric digital solutions
  • Supporting delivery teams to understand, validate and deliver solutions aligned to agreed business outcomes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across the digital product lifecycle and supporting squad goals relating to digital conversion and growth

 

About You:

 

  • 7+ years’ experience as a Digital Business Analyst, with strong knowledge of digital CX, customer journeys and the digital product lifecycle
  • Experience working within enterprise programs and agile squads, translating business requirements into clear, effective digital solution designs
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes in complex environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to engage and influence senior and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • A highly collaborative working style, partnering effectively with product, design, architecture, technology and operations teams
  • A customer‑first mindset, with holistic, end‑to‑end journey thinking
  • Strong facilitation, prioritisation and decision‑making skills, with a continuous improvement and innovation mindset
  • Desirable: Experience with Sitecore or similar enterprise DX platforms, and/or experience in health insurance or financial services, will be highly regarded.
